Worked with the Kingdom Minister of Arts & Sciences to update the Kingdom Judging Form/Rubrics that were originally developed during my time in that office.

Teaching both entrants and judges how to use the Kingdom Rubrics to guide their process and provide meaningful evaluation and recommendations to artisans.

Designed and ran weekly trainings for online Athenaeum presenters to help them develop their online pages and presentations. Additionally, ran Zoom rooms on the day of Athenaeum.

Coordinated and scheduled the Royal Attendants for Their Royal Majesties Kjartan & Sha'ya.

Led a team to create new judging rubrics for use in An Tir to evaluate Arts & Sciences competitions. Coordinated and ran two Kingdom Arts & Sciences Championships. Surveyed the Kingdom to gather the populace's views on ways to improve Arts & Sciences in An Tir. Worked with Their Majesties to bring the Crown's vision for the redesigned Kingdom Bardic Championship to fruition. Put in place a new method for collecting Arts & Science reports from branches. Submitted Kingdom A&S reports to the Society Minister of Arts & Sciences. Built and maintained a new Kingdom A&S website. Traveled to the Kingdom of Ansteorra to observe another Kingdom's A&S event and then proposed Athenaeum to the Laurel Counsel and the Crown.

Recruited, trained, and scheduled retinue for Their Royal Majesties Havordh & Mary Grace. Additionally, worked with event staff to coordinate Their Majesties attendance at events.

Recruited teachers and worked with Event Staff (and teachers) to build the schedule for the Non-Fight Classes at Sport of Kings.

Worked with local hosting branches to develop numerous Accademia class sessions. This involved recruiting teachers, building schedules, coordinating with the local branch to determine needs, working with the Accademia Exchequer, and keeping accurate records. In order to build a records database for the Accademia, I took a class and learned how to build and manage a database.

Served as retinue for the Baron and Baroness of Glymm Mere.

Built, maintained and updated the shire website. Also, managed the shire's social media postings.
